Ordering

What happens after I place an order?
You should get an order confirmation email and your order will go into our production queue to be produced. Once production is done (which can take anywhere from hours to days), you should receive an email with tracking information.
I just placed an order and I forgot to add something!
If you contact us before your order ships, we can send you a free shipping code to place an order for your additional items. We will then combine your orders.
How do I cancel my order?
Contact us before your order ships and we can cancel and refund your order.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to certain states.

When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, your order goes into our production queue. Since most items are made to order, you can expect it to often take a few days to ship out. Once it does ship, you should get an email with tracking information.
Do you offer international shipping?
We sure do. Shipping rates for international orders should compute at checkout. Keep in mind that you may owe VAT or import duties depending on your own country’s import laws.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
We sure do, and our shipping rates are the same as to within the US.

What material are your products made out of?
Most items are made out of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) plastic. The TOUGH material is a type of Polyurethane and is very flexible.
Can you send me your models?
We don’t share any of our current models, but as we retire old models, we release them for free on Printables or Thingiverse.
